Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached for a smooth processing experience.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
